criteria is utilized as our number one standard for achieving our
excellence in service.
Of the
650 agents eligible, the awards we received were in recognition of the
following:
CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE - "The Best of the Best"
A program which emphasizes a spirit of cooperation and achievement of
common goals in a effort to provide superior service to our
customers. McLaughlin Transportation Systems, Inc. received the "Top
Performers" award.
MILLION DOLLAR CLUB - "Patronage Resultant"
Based on Domestic and International revenue. Special appreciation is
extended to our ongoing customer base and the many new customers who
have led us to the Multi-million dollar revenue level.
SALES ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS - "Top Producers"
McLaughlin Transportation Systems Inc. moving consultants have been
recognized for placing in the top ten sales rankings. Our customer's
trust in the individual handling of their move is evident in the
continued growth we experience.
VAN OPERATOR OF THE MONTH - "The One Who Matters Most"
Each month Mayflower Transit, Inc. awards a driver for performance
based on zero to extremely low claims ratios and customer
satisfaction. Every year out of a field of more than 500 eligible
drivers, McLaughlin's drivers are awarded for
their excellence in service three to four of the months each year.
McLaughlin drivers have more than once been awarded the extremely
prestigious "Super Van Operator Of the Year" award by the industry's
American Moving and Storage Association.
We are
proud of our accomplishments We pledge to continue our commitment to
your expectations and satisfaction of our excellence in service. The
awards received verify our sincere belief that "Nobody Does It
Better."
Each
month Mayflower Transit, Inc. in Fenton, Missouri, chooses someone to
be Van Operator of the Month from its entire United States Fleet of
Mayflower drivers. McLaughlin Transportation System, Inc. is
extremely honored to have several drivers chosen for this award.
In
order to be awarded "Van Operator Of The Month" all drivers
must first meet several criteria. Mayflower rates the drivers on
customer service questionnaires, dollar amount of their claims, on
time load and delivery percentages and their safety records.
Mayflower's Household Goods Operations Department selects only one
winner and one runner-up per month. We proudly present our award list

Mayflower STS Van Operator of
the Year for 2004 Clayton Robbins
AMSA's Super Van Operator Of The Year is awarded by the American
Moving & Storage Association. One winner is chosen yearly out of all
van lines across the United States. To be considered for AMSA Super
Van Operator of the Year, drivers are reviewed on their awards and
achievements, customer service, humanitarian acts and community
involvement, the number of miles driven and any moving violations and
preventable accidents.
